Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Tripool Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada ("Tripool", "we"), and any individual who registers on the tripool.club platform ("Member").

By completing your registration and making your first payment, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Tripool is a mutualized travel club. Members contribute monthly to a shared fund (the "Pool") that finances travel bookings at B2B professional rates (hotels, flights, vehicles).

• The Pool is managed with a minimum solvency ratio of 1.30×.
• Access to travel is conditional on the member's Maturity Score (SM).
• Tripool is not a travel agency within the meaning of Quebec's Travel Agents Act — it is a membership and pooling service.

Registration involves:

• A one-time membership fee of CAD $100 (waived for the first 500 Founders).
• A monthly contribution based on your chosen package (from $1.50/day to $9.00/day).
• Mandatory identity verification (KYC) before any travel request.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

You may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time from your member area, without penalty.

• Contributions already paid and integrated into the Pool are non-refundable.
• Unused travel credits remain valid for 12 months after the cancellation date.
• Founders retain their preferential rate for life, even after a temporary suspension.

Tripool acts as a technology intermediary. Tripool's liability is limited to the amount of contributions paid over the last 12 months. Tripool cannot be held responsible for cancellations made by B2B providers (hotels, airlines, car rental companies).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

For members residing in the European Union, rights granted by GDPR and applicable directives apply concurrently.
